Since hauling myself back onto the blogging bandwagon, I've been doing a lot of brainstorming and trying to come up with ideas that I can come back to often. 5 Things on Sunday seemed like a good place to start, a weekly (or maybe fortnightly, idk yet, depends how lazy I get) roundup of things I've been enjoying throughout the week. I am aware that this is not a new concept, but it's not something I've ever tried before, and I'm hoping it will motivate me to blog more often.

Tom and I finally purchased this, after I convinced him it was necessary for our holiday to Barcelona, and now I'm obsessed with it! I love physical photos more than anything, and I can't wait till I'm middle aged and my little nieces, nephews, kids, whoever, dig these pictures out and I can tell them stories for them all.

KYLIE LIPKIT

I've had my lipkits for about a month now. I got Candy K and Dolce K, and I'm planning on doing a post on them soon! Candy K is my favourite (pictured below), and sadly, Dolce K doesn't suit me at all, I think I'm just too pale. Whenever I tell anyone I've got them, the first thing they say is "OMG HOW DID YOU GET THEM", girl I was on fire when they came on sale. I had been stalking Kylie like a hawk for at least 2 weeks waiting for a release date, I knew the time they were due to go on sale, so I waited in readiness for about 10 mins before and just kept refreshing. They went on at 11.00pm and I had my confirmation email by 11.01pm. *Flips hair*

I saw this brush on a KathleenLights video when I was on the hunt for a new eyeshadow brush, I wanted something blendy. I'm not gonna lie, I'm no makeup guru, and I don't know much. All I knew was that I wanted something to make my eyeshadow look softer. I never used to do eyeshadow, like ever, but since I've had this brush I find myself wanting use subtle eyeshadows on a more daily basis. It does an amazing job, its so so so soft and it's basically exactly what I wanted.

I got these after wanting a pair for SO LONG. Omg I just kept seeing them and I was longing for them so badly but could never find any. So when I found them on skinnydip there wasn't even a second of hesitation. I rocked them on the flight to Spain.

EASTER BANK HOLIDAYS

Easter has come and gone now, but the 4 day weekend was exactly what I needed after being stranded in a foreign country. I was jet-lagged and tired from getting up super early and then returning to work. I was majorly stressed as well because I had gotten behind on all my jobs at work, so it felt amazing to have 4 days off where I had nothing to worry about except how much chocolate I could eat before a food coma happened.
