My 'sort of' Fitness Routine
19:44:00Hello, hello, long time no blog, yet again. But lets not dwell on that. I've been feeling incredibly poop with a mouthful of raging ulcers. (Tips and tricks for getting rid of them are v welcome)
Today I thought I would share with you all something I've been doing on a regular basis for quite a while now. It's my 'fitness routine', if you will.
Admittedly I am not the sportiest of gals, I would always find a way to get out of doing P.E. in school, and I just look like a newborn giraffe whenever I run. Which is why I decided to give some indoor-based exercise a go. I discovered Blogilates by Cassie Ho on Youtube and I fell in love instantly! She's so motivating, but also makes it look much easier than it is.
My first and favourite routine that I do is the I Really Like You Squat Challenge, I've been doing this for so damn long. The first time I did it, I thought I was going to be sick. (I think thats just a testament to how unfit I am though.) I'd been doing squat challenges on and off for a while, you know, the 30 day squat challenge, all that. But it was getting boring and after watching a few Blogilates videos, I knew this was the way to go. I've definitely noticed a difference since doing this routine, and now I don't go more than 3 days without fitting it in!
The second routine that I do, which has been a recent addition to my evening workout, is the 6 Min to Sexy Arms routine. This one was an absolute killer when I first did it! It pushes you if you aren't used to working your arms, but after a few weeks I'm starting to notice a difference. Tom just laughs at me when I ask him if I've got guns yet, but I will get there!
What I love about these workouts is that you don't need any weights or equipment! It's your own body doing the work, which is fab if you're just starting out and don't want to splash out on kettle weights or dumbbells.
There are an absolute tonne of videos to choose from on the Blogilates channel, these are just the ones I like to do! There's definitely something for everyone!

When I used to work out I used to love doing Blogilates exercises.. your so right about them looking easier! They are a proper workout xx

Hahaha omg it's so horrible when you watch it to see what it's like and you're all 'pfft yeah i can do that!' and then halfway through you feel like you're gonna puke hahah xx
