Mini High Street Haul
18:25:00Last Thursday was payday, and seeing as I was graced with £100 more than I was expecting, I couldn't resist the temptation to pick up more than 'just a couple' of things from Superdrug!
I'm still trialling this, as I've never used it before, so far its alright. My only problem with it is that my face gets so oily with it after a few hours, and the whole reason I decided to change foundations was because my Revlon one was clinging to dry patches. The struggles.
Maybelline Age Rewind
This was definitely not as good as I expected it to be. Firstly, it's orange. Secondly, IT'S ORANGE. Maybe I'm just way too pale for this product, but I've seen it on so many youtube videos and thought, ah yeah that looks like a really good under eye concealer. Hmm. Its alright underneath my foundation, but I was so hoping for it to really brighten my under eyes.

Maybelline Fit Me Powder
I think I'm liking this powder so far, it does the job and is barely noticeable, which I really like. However I still find myself wanting to add my Maybelline Matte Maker to brighten my under eye area, nose, chin and centre of my forehead, as thats a much paler powder.

Maybelline Master Sculpt
This is my favourite purchase out of all the things I bought. I'd seen so many posts about this and just had to try it for myself! Its a standard contouring palette, but the contour shade seems to be just right. I love it!

Let me know in the comments if you use any of these products and your opinions of them! I love getting other opinions and seeing how products work or don't work as well for different people!

I completely agree Alice, seems they've got it just right! Muddy contours are my pet hate hahaha! xx
DeleteI didn't at all like the Wake Me Up foundation - I expected to as I love the concealer, but it just didn't sit well on my skin at all. I really want to try the Master Sculpt, I keep hearing great things about it!

Me too! I loved the concealer and expected great things from the foundation, its not the worst I get hate having to worry throughout the day about oiliness! x
DeleteGreat post! I used to use the Rimmel wake me up foundation until it ran out a few months ago (keep forgetting to buy another one) I used to just put a bit of Rimmel's stay matte powder on top of it to take away some of the shine.

DeleteI don't love the Wake Me Up Foundation as it tends to oxidise on me after a while. I'll have to try the Maybelline scult!
