Soap & Glory | Drama Clean 5-in-1 Micellar Cleansing Water
18:31:00
Recently I purchased something that I've never properly tried before, micellar water. I think I might have tried one from Simple a while back, but I don't remember to be honest. I also remember using the eye makeup remover as a tester sample, and I was convinced it was just water in a fancy bottle. But since then, micellar water seems to have become a huge part of everyone's beauty regime. And now I've added it to mine.
I felt like I've always been going wrong when it comes to makeup removal, as I'm in such a bad habit of always using makeup wipes. (I know, slap my hand!) But the thought of removing a full face of makeup with anything else has always seemed bizarre to me. But then I discovered some micellar water that I just had to have. The Soap & Glory Drama Clean 5-in-1 Micellar Cleansing Water. I'm so intrigued by the whole Soap & Glory Skincare range, and when I popped into Boots the other day to find that they had an offer on I just could not resist. It usually retails at £6, but I grabbed it for just £4 with their current 'Save 1/3 on Selected Soap & Glory' offer! Maybe it's the pink bottle, or the very fitting name that attracted me to it, but whatever it was, I'm glad it drew me in.
So far I love this, it removes my mascara and my waterproof eyeliner like a dream, I just soak a cotton pad and hold it on my eye for a few seconds and wipe away. After doing this a few times my eyes look and feel so clean. It also removed my brow product just as easily! Unfortunately I haven't tried it to remove any foundation yet, as I've been giving my skin a little breather for a few days, but I'm sure I'll be posting more about this product, whether it's in an Empties post or a Monthly Favourites!
What's your favourite micellar/cleansing product? I'd love to know in the comments!

Thank you! That means so much! Ah I know, seems as though everyone is jumping on the band wagon hahaha! I've only just discovered their skincare products and I can't wait to try their other products.
DeleteI've never actually got on that well with micellar waters - they do the trick when I'm knackered and can't be bothered to do a proper big cleanse, but I've never found any that really get eye make-up off as well as anything oil-based. Sounds like this one isn't bad though, so I might give it a whirl next time I'm in Boots :)

Ah that's not good! The ultimate test for this one comes tonight, I've got a full face of foundation, and the Waterproof Maybelline Lash Sensational, which I mentioned in a previous post is sooooo hard to get off, so we'll see how this micellar water does tonight! haha!
